The villa Roca Santa is single storey and recently refurbished to a extremely high standard with good quality furnishings throughout. The accommodation is both stylish and spacious and comprises of three bedrooms, one with super king bed, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. The master bedroom has bathroom en-suite with corner bath and full suite. Both double bedrooms have patio doors to a sun terrace by the electrically heated pool. Bedrooms two and three share a second bathroom. The comfortably furnished lounge includes new sofas, occasional furniture etc, Sky TV, video and a music centre. The brand new, fully fitted traditional spanish kitchen diner has split level cooker with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and a selection of appliances and utensils for self catering. The dining area has a six place dining table and chairs and large dresser in an attractive traditional pine. There is a utility area with a washing machine, iron and board.
